This policy explains how BitBitBla (Outneeds S.L.) processes personal data when you use bitbitbla.com, create an account, buy DevKits, or subscribe to a voice plan. This document is adapted to current data-protection law, specifically Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
1. Data controller
The data controller is Outneeds S.L., which operates under the BitBitBla brand.

2. Data we collect
Account data: email, display name, and authentication identifiers when you sign in with email/password or Google.
Order and billing data: shipping and billing address, phone, company and VAT number if you provide them, cart contents, and order history.
Payment data: payment is processed securely by Stripe and/or VivaWallet. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
Shipping data: name, address, and phone are shared with Sendcloud (and the relevant carrier) to deliver hardware.
Technical data: security signals via security software, and optional analytics cookies if you accept them in the banner.
3. Why we process data
To create and manage your account (performance of a contract / legitimate interest).
To process orders, subscriptions, invoices, shipping, and technical support (performance of a contract).
To keep the website secure and prevent abuse or fraud (legitimate interest).
To measure site usage if you accept analytics cookies (consent).
4. Recipients
BitBitBla private servers.
Stripe and VivaWallet for the payment gateway.
Sendcloud and selected carriers for physical hardware delivery.
We never sell your personal data to third parties.
5. Retention
Account and order data are kept for as long as needed to provide the active service. For tax, commercial, and accounting obligations in Spain, billing data is retained in a blocked form for a minimum of 6 years.
You can request deletion of your account data, always subject to those legal retention duties.
6. Your rights
As a user, you have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and to withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise these rights free of charge, email hello@bitbitbla.com attaching a copy of your identity document.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, which in Spain is the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
7. Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies (session management, security, and checkout) run automatically without prior consent because they are essential for the website to function.
Analytics and tracking cookies are activated only if you expressly accept them in the banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing site data in your browser.

We reserve the right to update this policy to reflect legal developments or changes to our services. The date above shows the current version. If you continue using the site after a material change, we will ask you to review this page again.
