Shipping and returns

1. Delivery times

Hardware DevKits ship within 3 to 5 business days, subject to stock availability. You will receive a tracking link once the parcel is handed to the partner carrier (Sendcloud).

2. Shipping rates

Exact rates are calculated at checkout (in EUR, VAT included where applicable): Spain 5.95 €, Portugal 7.50 €, France 12.50 €, Italy 12.50 €, Germany 14.50 €.

United Kingdom, United States, and other international destinations: 20.00 € (default rate, subject to possible customs charges payable by the buyer).

Voice-plan subscriptions are fully digital services and have no shipping cost.

3. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)

If you act as a consumer, you may withdraw from the hardware purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the item, without giving a reason.

The product must be returned with no signs of use, complete with all components and in its original packaging, allowing only the reasonable inspection that would be possible in a physical shop.

To withdraw, email hello@bitbitbla.com with your order ID and the email linked to your BitBitBla account before the 14-day period expires.

4. Return shipping

Unless the delivered product is defective or different from the website description, return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We will provide instructions and a return address once you notify us of withdrawal.

The risk of loss or damage during return shipping remains with the customer until we receive and inspect the parcel at our facilities.

5. Refunds

Once withdrawal is accepted and the product condition has been checked, we will refund the amount paid (including the original outbound shipping, if any) using the same payment method within a maximum of 14 days. We may withhold the refund until we have actually received the goods.

We reserve the right to deduct part of the amount (diminished value) if we find the product was used or handled beyond what is necessary to check that it works.

6. Digital subscriptions

Starter and Business plans are digital services or content. Under consumer law, if you request or agree that the service (voice plan) starts immediately during the 14-day period, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed or started. Enterprise plans are quoted and contracted separately.
